The apartment is beautifully decorated, very cozy, located away from busy streets but very close to the high street. Host Vickie was very welcoming and friendly. When we booked it on hotels.com it wasn’t made clear that this a basement level apartment with its own entrance but part of family home upstairs with that it came with a few downsides we didn’t expect. The most impactful was the noise upstairs, each morning at 7 am you can hear the kids run around and the dog bark which would set our dog off. Sadly because of this we didn’t have a restful stay and although the host was great, the apartment cozy, I do think it needs to made clear that it’s a part of family home and a basement flat.
