"Breakfast was good. Nothing too fancy, but nicely provisioned. For some reason I was given a handicapped room, though I did not request one. My Particular room felt very humid even though the window AC unit was set at 72 when I entered. The room smelt very musty. That was my only dissatisfaction."

It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. Also our shower gel wasn't filled so there was only enough gel for my daughter. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body. "

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I was actually surprised at the quality of breakfast! I thought it would just be a basic continental but it was buffet style options. Also, coffee and tea are available 24/7 and that was a really nice treat."

"Very charming house, with everything we needed for our short stay. Our host was quick to reply when we had a question or two. We definitely hope to return for a longer visit. This time we were in Jacksonville for our daughter-in-law's baby shower and there were 6 of us. The house was comfortable and had space enough so that we didn't trip over each other!"
