"Overall, the room look clean upon arrival but as we moved around and started to settle in, we noticed there were old empty water bottles underneath the chair from the previous customers and was given a wine glass with someone’s name on it. Other than that, our stay was fine. Also, Julio made our breakfast memorable with his service."

"This property has really hone downhill since we we were here last year. Broken stasher, broken ice machine, broken pancake maker. Still broken 3 days later. Front desk staff kept making excuses. Housekeeping & kitchen staff were excellent. They made the stay Having been loyal customers for at least 25 years not sure we will stay here again"

"For a college reunion of six 70 year olds, this estate was a luxury, money well spent. The location near Healdsburg worked out well. The rooms were deluxe, as was the kitchen and common areas. We had a chef come in to make dinner for nine. Perfect setting. The fire pit was a perfect place to gather and chat. The hot tub did its job.A small dissatisfaction was not being given access to a refrigerator by 1pm."

"We loved our stay!The house is well equipped in the kitchen, with towels and blankets, bathroom products, comfy beds and furniture, and very user friendly. We were also greeted with a welcome gift of some coffee, biscuit mix (delicious) and honey. In addition to the spacious house, we enjoyed the outside. 2 of the bedrooms have balconies. The outside deck has comfortable cushioned seating. Additionally there are Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and a long outside table seating 8 for dining outside. These outside additions are on a lovely property with a large grassy area and an area with some statuary. Neighborhood is very quiet. The house is conveniently located a 10 minute drive from Healdsburg. An added plus is the excellent and fast communication with the managers. "

"This home has beautiful forested hill views and is light filled, in an area that feels quiet and almost rural, yet is only a 10-minute drive from the most popular areas of Healdsburg. The owner and property manager were very good communicators and very eager to help us have an enjoyable stay--much appreciated. Very clean and well-organized. Great for bird viewing! Please be aware of a few things that are not obvious from the photos: 1) the primary bedroom on the top level has no bathroom, and the closest bathroom is down two flights of steep stairs, 2) the outside deck with a beautiful view of the hills has no access from the living/dining room area, but only downstairs, walking through the two small bedrooms on the lowest floor of the home, and the large deck that is accessible from the main level has no view, 3) the river bank is a ten-minute uphill/downhill walk away, and is a large rough rock area with no sand and no shade, and 4) Sonoma County's short-term rental regulations mean that it is not allowed to have any friends visit, even for a glass of wine or a small dinner party, unless they are paid renters. In all other aspects, the home was as pictured and good, the owner and manager were wonderful, and Healdsburg is delightful and accessible."
