"Overall stay was very good. Only critiques would be that the temp in the room kept dropping. It was 19°c when I first checked in, so I bumped it up to 22.5°c. Took a while for it to get there, and over night the temp dropped back down to 20°c. I was there for 5 nights with a friend and it did it every time. Another thing is the drain in our shower would not drain fast enough, so mid shower you would have to turn the water off and wait for the water to drain a bit, otherwise you would be standing in a pool of dirty water, suds and hair. It would also fill up quite fast since the water pressure was soo strong, which would be a great thing, if the drain weren’t clogged. Amenities were great and lots of attractions nearby to walk to. Very close to the Centre Bell, which was my main reason to book here. Lobby was very pretty, the gym open 24/7 was very nice as well. We had called once and requested for plates and cutlery for our room, it took over 30mins for them to deliver it, so not quite speedy on service. Although they did fulfill our request for a microwave which was very much appreciated. Overall great place, but unless they manage to fix the shower drain problem, might contemplate staying here again."

"This hotel is downtown, close to all shopping. McGill University, the underground, Place des Arts and the museums are all a short walk away."

"We had a great experience with the wonderful staff who were very attentive and helpful. It made our visit to Montreal an enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and light-filled. We especially enjoyed having a couch to relax on instead of a single desk chair, common in many hotels. The breakfast was plentiful and nourishing. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit again."

"Elevator button on fifth floor had some weird white substance on it (candlewax?) and it took 3 whole days for someone to notice and clean it off. Breakfast was stale and lacklustre. Looks like the ceiling in my room was water damaged."
