"The place was nice and clean, newly remodel. The staff was friendly. Close to restaurants, only issue I had that the office open later, I’m sure to staffing and being new, but there was a sign on the door if you need to call someone before it was open or after hours. No phones in rooms but that ok we all use cell phones these days. maybe placing a card in the room with the office number and after hours number on it, in the rooms would have been helpful. "

"This cabin is very basic, tight space. 1 room with 2 twin beds and 2 full/queen beds, small sink, small fridge, microwave, hot plate for cooking, and tiny bathroom with toilet & shower. Met our needs for the weekend to fish. beds were comfortable. communication with property manager was fast and accomodating. They were available to help immediately upon arrival with help finding the cabin & minor cleaning needed. perfect for small family and a step above tent camping. We would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time at the Norton House!! We saw so much wildlife, we enjoyed taking the kayaks out and seeing the cave, we loved sitting out and relaxing on the back porch overhanging the lake and relaxing down by the water as well. My husband was happy as he got to finish 3 books while we were there, I got all my kayaking in, and our kids got to enjoy swimming and playing board games. "We stayed in a clean room, beds were comfortable, no bugs or even people to bother. But all three beds are in one room, with a little shower and stool not enough room to sit on a stool in normal fashion, again all very clean. This is not a good fit for less mobile people steep grade going into room steps and no hand rails for climbing steps. Quick response from renter on questions. Perfect for sleeping. "
