Muy buen hotel

Very friendly staff

athe lady working the check in counter was amazing!

Really nice. Staff friendly, room always clean nice and roomy

The stay was great. Clean room and easy to access from the highway. Parking is a little bit of a challenge but all an all the stay was great.

We changed to this hotel after a night at another location. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast area was stocked full daily and made fresh. Even had snacks to go for those on the run. Well lit parking areas. Pet friendly. Nearby food locations. Rooms very clean and A/C was perfect.

Conveniently located right off the interstate. Property is clean.

This is a very well designed, comfortable hotel with all the amenities a suite needs. Lovely kitchen area, separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed. Separate HVAC thermostats for each area. And a nice complimentary breakfast! Very nice staff at front desk

Check was quick, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was awesome

Everything was great, except the breakfast and the one person I talked on the phone trying to get help with hooking up my sons PlayStation and she didn’t assist in anyway saying you either know how to do it or you don’t! Like maybe it was something with the tv never had this issue before hooking up. She was very rude. Other than that everything else was great!

Thanks

This Hilton Garden Inn was rightvin par with our expectations; excellent surroundings, exceptional staff, fantastic amenities, and exemplary accommodations! Thanks Hilton for not only meeting, but consistently exceeding my expectations!

We visited Beaumont for Lamar University Family Weekend. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I will stay there the next time we go to Beaumont.

This was by far the nicest low cost inn we have stayed in, in our frequent travels. The Owner/Manager, Harry, did a wonderful job with renovations, and provided excellent service. Our room was comfortable and spotless. We especially appreciated the safety bar and non-slip strips in the bathtub, to avoid slipping injuries. There were plenty of hangers for our clothes, and the on-site laundry worked great. Internet was readily available and strong. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, ironing...

The hotel was under reconstruction but the room I had was in excellent condition.

Really nice property! spacious room, Very care comfortable
