"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Oxford! The house was perfect for our large group, from the rooms to the lounging area. The one complaint was cleanliness. There were quite a few places (including the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and all bathrooms) where cleanliness was an issue. The dishwasher was also not working (and smelled really bad) but these all seem like quick and easy fixes!"

"Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. "
