"The staff was amazing and always went over and beyond; keep in mind the staff was different! My stay was 5 days and 4 nights, so I built some what of a rapport with them! I live locally and needed time to work on a project. I have traveled as far as Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Bahamas for business and stayed in hotels like the Ritz Carlton - the level of customer service was not like this! Bravo/Brava!!!!!"
