My room was not clean and it had these hard gray bugs that kept flying around the room. I had to sleep with the light on so they would stay on the ceilings. When they would hit the floor they were hard to kill.

Room was dirty and sticky floors cockroaches on counter no cooking supplies and bathroom was dirty. Had to wait an hour to get a room and had to leave right after to Go to my tournament and by the time I got back they were closed so didn't get to talk to anyone about my concerns. We had to remove all our belongings from the room and couldn't sleep I called once I returned home and never offered a refund very disappointed 😞 and mad 😡
