"The staff is so friendly and helpful! The social hour was such a nice touch and the building is gorgeous. Very clean and everything you could want is on site."

"Breakfast and valet parking"

"Staff was friendly!!"

"Amazed where the location was. The restaurant only serves breakfast so you had to go out for dinner. Not cool in a strange place at night. Registration was a long way away from the elevators so you had to park at a different level to get to them. I will not stay there again."

"The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants."

"Ken and Shane the valet staff are the most helpful along with Deonte the Service guy super helpful really nice above and beyond service. I did have an issue with my room, but it was immediately corrected and I would return again."

"Clean room, just some dust on surfaces. Breakfast wasnt the best but it was a nice add to our stay for a quick bite in the morning. For the price we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints"

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Fairfield inn. It's my favourite place to stay in Winston Salem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The stay are very helpful, and of course the breakfast is good."

"Everything was clean and Nate, but I did not like you cannot hardly open the door to get into the room and a lot of noise"

"Loved our stay…,will definitely come back!"

"The staff were wonderful!"
