"The staff were very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The location is perfect as well. The only thing I can say is that the room needed to be renovated. You can tell it’s outdated and needs to be upgraded but other than that we had a great stay."
Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"Lively hotel with very nice rooms and beautiful pool. The on-site restaurant is really really helpful with a ton of food options and I like the soda deal. I just wish they had machines on every floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby every time you want a drink. the shuttle buses are convenient as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the check-in process. It is way too long. I don’t know why it takes them so long to check everybody in. It’s not a complicated process, but I waited in line for a long time however they did make up for that by having my room ready three hours before check-in, which I really appreciate. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a lovely resort."
