€3 per night per person aged 15 and older as a visitor’s tax to the city of Winterberg
€35 final cleaning fee
€35.00 for dogs (The apartment must be vacuumed before departure.)

From December 20 to January 4, the rate is 100€ per night.

In our modern “Snow & Bike” vacation apartment for four people in the center of Winterberg, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest and immerse yourself in the world of the Sauerland.
The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. You can conveniently park your car in the lockable garage (standard garage size) attached to the house, which also has space for your bicycles or ski gear. In the basement of the building, there is a drying and laundry room equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
Winterberg’s lively downtown area, with its numerous bars, restaurants, and shopping options, the Winterberg ski lift carousel, and the Winterberg Bike Park are all just a few minutes’ walk away—you couldn’t stay in a more central location in Winterberg.

Our ground-floor vacation apartment “Snow & Bike” in Winterberg is modernly furnished and accommodates 2–4 people. The separate bedroom features a 180 cm wide double bed that sleeps two people. Two more people can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (160x200 cm, including a real slatted frame) in the living area.

The apartment in downtown Winterberg features a huge south-facing loggia where you can fully enjoy the sunshine. The loggia is separated from the “Bike & Snow” vacation apartment only by an XL window front, making it very bright. There are also additional windows on the sides of the living area and in the kitchen.
The bathroom is tiled in white and is also very bright.

In the entryway, a large built-in closet and a small storage nook provide ample storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, sink, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle), so you can easily prepare your own meals.
In the spacious living area of the "Snow & Bike" vacation rental, you’ll find a dining table with four chairs and a TV corner with satellite TV and a PlayStation 3, including games.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via just two individual steps in front of the house.

You don’t need to bring your ski or bike gear into the “Snow & Bike” vacation rental. Simply store your belongings in the lockable garage. You can dry your damp ski or bike clothes in the drying room in the basement of the house.
