"Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einer wirklich schönen gemütlichen Wohnung. Diese hat ALLES was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super gelegen am Erlebnisberg Kappe in Winterberg. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal, deshalb auch mal den Plan als Foto beigefügt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. "Pros: All amenities for a perfect ski minibreak nearby. Ski rent directly around the corner. Apres ski (small) and skilift across the street. Apartment well suited with linnen and towels supplied. Reception/checkin very smooth and pleasant. Cons: Could be more thoroughly cleaned (spiderwebs). Rubbish bin falls apart. Skiroom could use an update or at least a rack of some sorts. None the less would stay there again."

"This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
