"Our room was clean both initially and when we returned for the second night. This is an older facility, so some of the furniture and fixtures showed age. However, the price was right! And...we slept well. The breakfast area was clean, the food great, and the staff very friendly."

"I was homeless (living in my car) and working at Amazon when I went to Super Lodge. From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. They have a bunch of cameras and if any shady stuff goes on they don’t play they’ll call the police. They made it to were in an unsafe are...

"GPS sent me to Motel by way of exit 1C off of Interstate 295 S. That route is full if deep potholes that ruin my car's allignment and tires. That road does not belong to the Motel. Tell everyone to take exit 1 C instead."

"It was a good hotel, not too busy, served its purpose for the weekend, only downside was hot water was sporadic, it was hot, then cold briefly before getting hot, not a big deal, but I do enjoy a steady shower, whether hot or cold without fluctuation, no big deal tho, room was clean, staff was friendly, and it served its purpose for a cheap getaway weekend!"

"Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. I am grateful that Expedia found us a room that met my needs! The hotel we stayed at for the previous 30 years was knocked down to make a parking lot for the New Castle...

"If there are other choices for a bit more money, I'd skip this place and go there! The bed was comfortable sheets were clean but the room itself needs a thorough deep clean. "

"Excellent place to stay. Water gets hot. Heater actually works. Phones actually work. Tv/internet actually works. Limited parking but overall great. Wholesome couple runs and operates place. Very nice owners. Only issue is i dont think they mop the floors so make sure you wear socks or shoes inside. ! Or house slippers. Even better than some hilton hotels. Affordable as well"

"Went with my significant other to Mardi Gras and it was a great price. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so no need for a cab only when returning home at night. Even though it was about 15 mins away from New Orleans, it was worth the price and they are under going renovation. The 2 star rating is unfair cause we had an overall great experience. I was expecting an aweful room and terrible area but it was none of that. Ty you for making our trip memorable."

"Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "
