Find Hotel with a Concierge in Winthrop, WA

"There were problems. No tv, the fireplace did not work and they were not able to fix it. Took it apart but left it that way. Lock on door to balcony was hard to open because the screws were loose. The toilet had problems due to their design to save water but when it was fixed they caused and left a mess. Dirty grout in the shower. Towels like sand paper. Missing light in bathroom. It was not the best experience. The site and the view and staff was wonderful. But more attention to details. "

"While the outside looks unassuming (entire town is cowboy rustic) our room was magnificent. (Raven Ridge; upstairs) Enormous room w super comfortable bed, living area, separate kitchen and a huge bath w walk in shower, soaking tub. We had a fireplace and a balcony w comfy chairs. Totally luxurious. Wonderful stay. "

"I loved my room and the balcony overlooking the river. I loved the sound of the river while I slept and I felt safe enough to leave the door open with the screen door there. I loved seeing the bats flying over the river at night. I hope to stay again next July for the Blues Festival. "
