"Cons-refused to give us a late check out-1 hour later from 11am to 12pm; lobby and hallways are sprayed with tons of overwhelming scent-if you have allergies to perfumes, colognes or floral smells don’t stay here-felt sick from the chemical exposure which caused coughing, sneezing and runny nose; no place to put toiletries in the bathroom-sink area is small; lack of space to put luggage-we had 2 large bags and 2 carry-on bags; no onsite parking-have to unload luggage, park in a parking garage offsite and then walk back to the hotel Pros-on the dock area, within walking distance of attractions, beds were o.k, but not great; rooms seemed to be soundproof, 2 small free cookies in room We did not eat the breakfast so I can’t comment on that."

"Beautiful breakfast setting if you include breakfast in your stay. If you decide to just eat from the self-serve buffet it's not worth it. Breakfast is worthwhile if you also order food from the hot cooked menu so definitely try both options "

"I recently stayed at the hotel for five nights and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were excellent throughout my stay—consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a real difference. The hotel itself has a modern feel and is well located, making it very convenient. My room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, which contributed to a comfortable stay. I also particularly enjoyed the gym facilities, and the availability of a laundry room was very useful. While the laundry services were slightly on the expensive side, they were still reasonably priced and convenient. There are just a couple of areas where I feel there is room for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could have been more thorough, as there was noticeable dust on the headboard and the floor was not as clean as expected. Additionally, accessing the car park required calling each time, which became a bit inconvenient. A key card or similar access system would make this process much smoother for guests. Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend the hotel, particularly for its excellent staff and facilities."
