Enjoy your morning coffee at the quant, convenient coffee bar located next to the kitchen and dining room, which has a large dining table with ample seating. The open layout has a roomy living room featuring cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace and a large TV perfect for winding down after a fun day at the waterpark! A second bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom in the hallway complete the layout of the first floor.
For privacy and added space, head upstairs where a third bedroom with two queen beds and loft are perched. The American Great Outdoors sits within view of the 9th tee box and is in very close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 14, Rates Based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
