Atlantis Family Waterpark Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Only one of the indoor pools was open and operational. The hot tub was down the first night. I paid extra to check in early and my room was very obviously not vacuumed and i pulled hair off the top of the the tub drai prior to taking a shower.

Natura Treescape Resort
Second stay this year! Excellent staff. Love the natural theme of the rooms. Pool was cool but clean. Small arcade is a bonus. Stayed in main building this time and it was quite noisy but that was from other guests. Spacious room and kids loved the neat bunk beds

Quiet area , clean condo , easy check in process nothing was confusing. And really enjoyed being able to walk to a lot of fun places. Would love to see it in the summer when everything is opened for more fun !
