"Breakfast was terrible, i sliced an english muffin and it was green in the inside. A group of other guests seen what happened and everyone was hesitant to even grab Breakfast. I told the attendant and she sliced another english muffin and stated oh this is good. Did not even throw away the possible bad ones. I asked for a manager to show what happened and was told that there was No manager there. Coffee was cold, eggs were cold. Room was comfortable bed was clean. However room was dated and mini fridge did not close all the way, so our drinks were not cold. There was gum on the carpet, left over a wine cap from previous guest. Stains on bathroom floor. Lamps did not work properly. My husband and I were veey tired from our long driving trip. All we wanted was a comfortable bed, which we did get. We would never staff at this Hotel ever again. We asked for help and was told no manager on duty. It is so sad about this whole thing is that it is not even tourist season. The place was pretty much like a ghost town. So how is it possible not to have a clean room, upkeep room and warm food. It makes no sense. And staff not willing to help you. "

"This was the worst stay I have ever had!! This place needs some serious updating and renovations. Beds are uncomfortable and pillow are hard. There were kids running the halls late at night and the person above us was jumping off beds and you can hear everything. Someone knocked on our door and ran after midnight. I called and complained and they did nothing."

"Every hotel I stay at, I pull the sheets back to check for cleanliness and bed bugs. This hotel was no different and when I pull the fitted sheet up, the mattress pack had hair and crumbs on it and was visibly used. I called the front desk to request a clean mattress pad and was told to come to the front desk to get it. Once there, I was told “this is the only one you will get”. Upon returning to the room and removing all the bedding and pillows to put on the new mattress pad, I discovered it was a full size pad and not a king size one. By this point we were frustrated and just put the fitted sheet on without a mattress pad. Later, it was discovered that the blanket (not the comforter) also had not been changed as you could smell the previous man’s cologne on the top edge of the one side of the bed. By this point, we should have requested a refund and went elsewhere and I regret not doing so. The rest of the room, hallways and lobby “appeared” clean but who knows. If the bedding wasn’t washed, what else ISN’T clean. I washed all solid surfaces with sanitizing wipes after this as I could not trust how things were cleaned. Staff were little help with all of."

"I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night & I don’t think I will be going back… The person who checked me in was kind of cold & dismissive. Then I got into my room and it was a nice enough room but it was not very clean. There were hairs on the pillow cases & in the bathroom. Also there were condensation circles on the desk & night stands. I was unsure of what caused those circles so I washed the countertops. I do not feel that the room was checked over! The shelf with the pictures above the desk appeared like it had never been dusted… Within 10 minutes of getting into my room the fire alarm went off! It went off for about 10 seconds or so, then stopped. I called the front desk and was told that everything is ok but I feel like the front desk person should have notified the guests that they were having a test or an issue or something!! I do not feel like I should have had to call the front desk about it - I doubt they had many guests on a Sunday night…! I left to get something to eat & when I got back it happened again. I called the front desk again & was informed it was something they called the maintenance supervisor about. The following morning when I was checking out the front desk representative was so lovely! She was kind and smiley and helpful!"

"The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well designed. I especially thought the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and efficient. The food was a good value and well prepared."
