Breezeway Bay: Waterfront Full House

Relax with the whole family (and friends) at this peaceful place. Breezeway Bay is a spacious home-like place with an amazing riverfront view. Enjoy time outside on the breezeway and in front of the fire pit. Go back inside to the sun porch (3-season room) and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area and living room. You also have water views from the second floor balcony!

There are 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The large, master bedroom is on the second floor. This room has two double beds and an attached bathroom. It also has a balcony that overlooks the Wisconsin River - gorgeous views mornings and evenings! On the first floor, you have two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the other has a bunk bed (full-sized bottom and twin-sized top).

The first floor also has a large living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook area, and off that, there is a 3-season room overlooking Wisconsin river, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Or you can step outside into the breezeway and back yard and enjoy the views and sounds of nature.

Fire pit, grill, outside table and chairs are available.

Overall, this place is very quiet and peaceful. We live close by so you might see us on the grounds doing maintenance and yard work to keep the place in great conditions for your enjoyment.

Located about 8 miles from Downtown Wisconsin Dells, it is a quick drive from all the water parks and attractions, but far enough from all the crowds and noise.

Plenty of parking. Boat ramp close by and dock available depending on water level.

The entire house is available to guests except the basement (no one lives there, it is used as storage).

To get into the house, you can access through either the front entrance and/or side door to breezeway.

We live full-time a few doors down from this place so guests have the space all for themselves but we are just call or text away.

The property is on a one road neighborhood that faces the east side of the Wisconsin River, on an inlet, so it is very quiet both on the road side as well as the water side. The road only has about 10 houses. It is close enough to Downtown Wisconsin Dells that you can be there in 10-15 minutes by car but far enough that you can enjoy nature and be far from the noise and crowds.

Some amenities close by are Fawn Creek Winery (1 mile), B&H Trout Farm (1 mile), Woodside Sports Complex (6 miles) and others.

If you are driving to our place, please park on the driveway in front of the garage. There is space for 2-4 cars.

We are just 10-15 minutes drive to Downtown Dells, so close enough to everything but far enough from all the noise and crowds so you can get away for a peaceful night.
Trash - trash cans are located on the side of garage. Please place bags there, dump Recyling trash in can and throw bag in garbage.

Linens and towels - no need for guests to remove this. Our cleaning team will take care of these.

Dishes - there is a dishwasher in the kitchen. Please wash dishes before leaving, and if possible, put them away.
