Fawn Lake Cottage is a 5-minute walk to Fawn Creek Winery and a 15-minute drive from the heart of the Dells.

This property has a huge yard with abundant wildlife, a fire pit, charcoal grill, and horseshoe pits. The basement has been kept unfinished but is outfitted with a TV, toys, ping pong table, and dart board, and table for playing cards. There is no need to have the kids underfoot while you're preparing dinner or trying to have some quiet time.

The backyard, basement, and fishing dock are perfect for families looking for something different and more secluded than the typical Dells getaway!

Guests have access to the entire property, including garage parking for one car.

The host is not available in person, except for emergencies. The host is available to help with any needs by phone.

Fawn Lake is quiet neighborhood very close to the winery. The neighborhood mostly consists of full-time residents.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.

- Before having an outside fire on the property, you must check that there are no local burning bans in effect in Adams County. All fires must be contained within the fire pit area and fully extinguished when finished.

- We welcome one dog per reservation under the following guidelines:
1. Size: Must be 75 lbs or less
2. Shedding: Minimal to none
3. Outdoor Cleanup: Owners must pick up after their dog
4. Containment: The pet must stay within the yard at all times
5. Cats are not permitted.
