"Location was awesome! It is close to the highway but far enough you're not hearing traffic all night, yet easy drive to all attractions. Entire property was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Pool/hot tub area was great but later in the evening there were no dry pool towels, so if you want to soak/swim before you retire for the night, I may suggest you bring your own towel (which I always do as this is the case in many hotels). Breakfast was good, food was fresh and there was a decent variety of items. My request for a ground floor room away on side away from parking lot was granted with no issues. The windows were new and had screens which allowed me to open windows and enjoy the beautiful breeze, rather than running the AC. There were a few MINOR concerns with the room: the desk light did not work, the TV did not offer all the channels on guide-possibly just needs a re-scan, and there were a few coffee looking stains on the comforter on the second bed in the room which was OK as I did not need 2 beds. The only other thing that would have been nice is a chair-rather than desk chair with a lamp to allow for reading or viewing the TV without laying on the bed. Overall it was a great experience, clean, comfortable hotel with a great location. Will definitely stay again."

"I liked how warm the water was from the inside Waterpark, but it was very warm and smelled a lot like Clorox when you where out of the water. The location was great as it was really close to a lot of things like the zoo, breakfast and lunch locations. Check in was really easy and they were able to give us connecting rooms which was really helpful."

"The staff was very nice. We don’t like room service and they had no problems giving us new towels when we asked. I enjoyed the food they served for breakfast but the seating area is very small so just be aware. They offer snacks to buy in the lobby which is nice. The rooms have been upgraded and are nice, this is not a high end hotel so it is perfect for people that want to enjoy the Dells on a budget or an unexpected family function as my family lives in Lake Delton! Oh the bathrooms are small as well, I don’t understand when they upgrade their rooms they don’t upgrade the bathroom! I would stay here again if it was a last minute or short trip! I suggest this hotel and I am someone who usually stays at a resort."
