On the ground floor of the 80m² semi-detached house is a spacious and friendly area for cooking, dining and living, a fireplace provides a feel-good atmosphere. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. The upper floor has three bedrooms with TV (2x each a double bed, 1x single bed) and a spacious shower room incl. Bathtub and thus offers enough space for the whole family. WiFi is accessible without cost. All windows are equipped with shutters and throughout the property are tiles or Laminated laid.
