"Lovely done out property, all rooms are really spacious, clean and presentable, tvs in all rooms. Only 15 minutes from the centre and really quiet area to stay. Hosts are great for getting in touch with and offer a fair priced late checkout, we will definitely stay here again when coming back up :))) x"

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "Property was lovely. Everything we needed for stay. Plenty plates, glasses and utensils in kitchen. Lots of room in lounge for us all. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms lovely too with towels and nice hand wash. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely be back again soon."

"The property was clean and convenient for Beamish where I was working but there was a lot of empty beer cans and rubbish in the back yard, there was only 5 bath towels so no extra to change these if needed and only one hand towel and floor towel in tbe bathroom, I asked for more along with a couple more cups as there was only 3 but the cleaners didn’t turn up to address this, maybe a quick visit by the owners to assess what else is needed for five people might help but over all a pleasant stay...
