Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepciĂłn mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restĂł importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenĂ­a del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenĂ­a importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

"I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...
