"What an amazing room for families traveling!!!! Double shower, ample space for luggage and a King, 2 doubles and a pull out couch all in one large room. It was so nice to have space and be together."

"If you land at Heathrow after 10:30 the shuttle buses between terminals are not running so you’ll need to take a tube train to terminal 4 to find the hotel. They served drinks and a meal at 11:30 when I got there. Staff were very helpful and suggested a different shuttle for the morning as my flight out was early. Made a tough layover better!"

"Small but clean room. Staff were friendly. Perfect central location right on the doorstep of Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The hotel offers a green scheme where you can skip a night of housekeeping and you revive a voucher in return to redeem at the hotel. This was a lovely surprise to treat ourselves to an onsite Starbucks! Lovely hotel, would definitely go back!"

"We stayed in a family style room which included 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Hotel was clean and centrally located. Walkable from High Street Kensington underground station, and tons of shopping and restaurant options. Would stay again."
