"We had a lovely stay at this cute cottage cozy enough for 2. It was in a picturesque area and nice and quiet. The hot tub was a lovely touch after a stressful year to relax under the stars. The cottage was well equipped, very clean and Netflix was a great bonus. We spent New Year in the Ye Olde Forge Valley pub which had good food and lovely hosts and was a short taxi ride away with a local taxi company but book ahead as he does get very busy. Sue was lovely and friendly and happy to help with any questions we had and gave us info on places of interest. We will definitely be back"

"Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful.
