Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Whirlpool mit den bereitgestellten Badekugeln war ein echtes Highlight und hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. "The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view over the fields and town of Zeltweg, to the mountains in the distance. The staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. I would have given this hotel five stars, however contacting anyone "after hours" was extremely difficult. My key card stopped working, unfortunately on a Tuesday night when the restaurant is closed. I came back from dinner at 8:30 pm and found the reception was closed and I could not get hold of anyone to fix the key card or let me into my room. The telephone numbers provided did not work and there was no bell push or button at reception to call anyone. Fortunately, after two hours of trying to get hold of someone on the phone, another guest tried sending a message on Whatsapp and that managed to get the owner to come and fix the keycard problem. That was really not acceptable and spoiled an otherwise excellent stay."
