The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again.

The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.

PERFECT LOCATION! It is in a quiet location with access to public transport at your fingertips. Nice and central. My room was clean and comfortable bed! The only thing they did not provide were FACE CLOTHS, but I found that was every hotel in Korea when I went to Jinju and Busan. Definitely, use the Airport Shuttle bus, it’s a third of the price by taxi or designated driver as I found out later. The Airport Shuttle bus is so comfortable, located outside of the arrival terminal. Information...

The location of this hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also convenient to the train station. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and decent size.
