"Spacious room, new but already lots of things have teats and damages (like washroom chair and door, fridge cabinet). At first, I did not understand the layout of shower and washroom, and hated it but got used to it. The sauna here is really good though. Free Ice Creams at sauna! Comfy, big bed. I have concerns for security as anyone should be able to get in and come up to upper floors even without a room key… Location is not so good, bit of walk from nearby subway station and far from attractions in Seoul. I would recommend here if you are looking for comfy room with sauna and spa, and don’t mind the location"

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. They reserved our bus from hotel to airport with ease. Upcon check on, she also confirmed I had pre-paid for breakfast which was great customer service. Would definitely stay again when in-transit from incheon airport. Kid friendly too and breakfast was fresh and delicious with very kind staff."

"Room was very big, it’s an apartment-hotel. So it’s convenient for laundry machines in room, a lg air styler closet, and a kitchen and microwave. The water dispenser system is more eco friendly than bottled water. Room overall has a lot of space so I can move my luggage’s around and reorganize with a lot of ample space. The place offer daily house keeping and it’s very efficient. Overall it’s a great stay here."
