"Excellent service overall from reception to house keeping. Room air cond not function properly / too warm even at 17-19C. Spa not good / price and menu confusing / decided not to use. Far from metro / have to rely on taxi (acceptable)."

The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."
