"Check-in was smooth. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. The hallways smell of smoke and mildew as the bathrooms in the guest rooms have water damage and has a damp odor. We spent two nights for a dance competition and while the ballroom area was fine for our purposes it would have been great to have a better experience with the restaurant/bar onsite as well as the pool area. The decor is lacking, no greenery/plants around the pool or general comforts in the lobby area to create an experience to hang out. "

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name. We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately. She was professional and kind and took care of us. Please thank her for us. The property is clean and the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our stay. "

"My husband and I have been here 3 days Friday until Monday morning so far and we have no complaints at all.. when we first got here we couldn't get the TV working the desk clerk came quick and tried for 20 minutes.. and offered us another room but we liked the first room better my husband did finally get the TV to work the next morning... The staff here were very helpful and kind told them we're here because I just buried my mom yesterday the rooms are very clean and when we asked for more supplies clean towels and given plenty no problem we will definitely come here again thank you very much for a nice and comfortable stay"

"Parking was fine check in declined my cards was no problems with my cards after entering the room the bed was not made wet towels on the floor..after talking to front desk I was moved to another room it was clean but the bed was upside down I had to flip the mattress because it was literally sleeping on a box spring for the first night "

"House is way bigger than it looks. Has everything you would need, games, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and even a cot if needed. Location to the I95 was amazing and so many dunkins near by it was great. Would rent again and highly recommended!!"
