"The apartment is beautiful, and Graham was a lovely host. He left us welcome messages on the door and on the fridge. My four grandkids, (2 adults and 1 teen) and I came up from CT to go to Comic Con at the RI Convention Center. The apartment was very convenient. We made good use of the vast entertainment options and watched the new "Frankenstein" on Netflix. The seperate heating and cooling units throughout made for a very comfortable stay, and no one complained that they were too hot or too cold, which was a gigantic win.The only caveat was the driveway. I HIGHLY suggest pulling both your side mirrors in before you attempt it. I drove ambulances in NYC. I knew I had it, but the lack of confidence expressed by everyone else in the SUV was disheartening! Driveway aside, we had a wonderful time in Providence. The Con was amazing, and Graham's apartment was the perfect place to relax after walking & walking & walking.I definitely recommend this booking, and we'll be looking to stay here again for next year's Con. "House is way bigger than it looks. Has everything you would need, games, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and even a cot if needed. Location to the I95 was amazing and so many dunkins near by it was great. Would rent again and highly recommended!!"
