"On 2 occasions the staff went above and beyond, the first was when we wanted to play ping pong but there appeared to be no paddles to play with and a kind maintenance man searched high and low until he came out with new paddles and balls for us to play with. The 2nd was when we learned we'd somehow left behind a favorite stuffed animal, Mike, the night receptionist took time to find it for us and leave directions to have it sent back to us the next morning! "The front office staff was very nice… each one of them we encountered. The room actually was one of the few that had a private balcony which was so nice to sit out in the cool evenings. There was road noise but overall our stay was very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again."
