"The staff at the front counter were very helpful not matter what time of day. Christopher, concierge, was so very helpful with a wide range of knowledge and advice. All the staff there was VERY FRIENDLY?!!"

"I want a FULL REFUND. This hotel is disgusting as the rooms were filthy dust everywhere. The carpet was worn and ripped up and don't get me started on the bathrooms. My parents bathroom the shower would not turn on.. NO WATER. The staff while friendly were of no help. If it wasn't for graduation, ..."
