"Loved the club room and it came with an extra check out hour, free access to the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Outstanding dining and breakfast was on point. We had a wonderful break. The beach is not very far from the hotel. Just a few minutes drive away. Staff was very helpful and friendly 😊."

Easter bank holiday stay

"The house has been refurbished and is in excellent condition. New kitchen and bathroom with plenty of hot water, comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Only slight issue was, my mum in law is in her 80s and a stair rail would of helped her."

We were not able to use the venue

"It was not safe to leave a car outside. Nobody or other means of entry. The requirement to fill in further documentation and pay a returnable deposit was not achievable as the contacts did not provide the documentation. Your involvement with this venue is plain money grabbing. I am in dialogue with my legal reps as to how we go forward."

A home from home in the heart of Northumberland

Nice house and a good base.

"I will list the pros and cons of the property. Pros : The photos are a good reflection of the house. The beds are clean and comfortable. The decor is good. The kitchen is equipped well. Its a good base and its secure. The shower is hot and good. Cons The area is not the best, however it is safe and quiet As mentioned in the other review the flooring outside the downstairs bathroom is unstready. This wasnt explained but you turn thr boiler on in the kitchen. You need this for hot water in the shower and sinks. The cupboards in the kitchen only should have a lining so that they look better and more presentable, and every other room and outside are good.Overall id return and a good.stay. "

Bigging it up in Newbiggin by the Sea.

"Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean."
