The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. "We loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the yard in the mornings and evenings. This tiny, half-pint home was just right for us as a landing place in between our family gatherings in Colorado Springs."

"Cell service is very spotty. There is WiFi but even so there is a landline to use for calls due to the spotty wifi. We weren’t there to be on our phones so it was great to unplug. Very quiet we slept wonderfully the bed is comfy. My husband is 6’2 so once at the top of the loft he had to crawl on his knees he was fine with it, Just thought I would share for reference. "Though the neighborhood was a bit nerve wracking, the home and host made up for it!Absolutely picture perfect.The only complaint no one could predict was a lonely sad barking dog next door. It was intermittent, but annoyed us the first night at 3am"
