"The pictures on the VRBO website are accurate, this property is spectacular! There were 10 of us for our annual family vacation. The home is comfortable and well equipped and maintained. We accessed the beach and walked to the town several times. Great shopping, btw!! We so appreciate your hospitality and for providing us with the opportunity to experience Seabrook. W will be back!!"

"We had a remodeled third floor 2 queen bed room. It had a wonderful view of the beach and small deck. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy."

"Loved this property. Comfy beds. It was a plus to have 1.5 bathrooms. The garage was an extra plus. The location was perfect. Short stroll to the beach and steps to shops, restaurants and Saturday market. I highly recommend staying at Ospreys Perch."

"The location, space and number of rooms was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils and tools. A view of the ocean and only a few steps away from the beach made it a joy for all. The fire on the patio with very comfortable furniture was the perfect way to end the night. While Seabook offered lot of amenities, we stayed at the house and Pacific Beach most of the time. The shops within Seabook had odd store hours for some, so it made it hard to plan. There was some confusion around check out time - emails said 11am, binder on site said 10am.We will come back to this location!"

"The property was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, mugs and plates. It was clean and conveniently located to the indoor and outdoor pools, downtown restaurants, the market and the beach. Everything you need is within a short walk. Seabrook is a beautiful development that has a New England look and feel.We did have a few issues that we believe were more property management related. However, we don't know if the owner or management company are responsible for the issues we experienced. For instance, the outdoor BBQ grill was in poor working order. The igniter, one hinge pin and flavor bars were missing (this is a safety issue as grease could fall directly on the burners causing flare ups and safely opening and closing the hot grill hood was an issue). Only one side of the 4 slice toaster worked, so you could only make 2 slices at a time. Toasting english muffins and bagels for 10 was a challenge. The "change water filter" warning light on the refrigerator indicated the filter service was 27 days past due. The "clean filter" warning light on the hood fan was on. The small recycle and rubbish cans were not sufficient for our stay. Management said to put them outside and they would be picked the next morning. They were not. Management took copious notes of our issues, but they weren't addressed during our stay."

"This house was perfect for us in every way. It was a great location within Seabrook, very close to the beach. It had everything my 6 year old grandson could want.....games, puzzles, books and LEGOS! We all loved the wonderful yard also, complete with hot tub, fire ring and baby birds in the birdhouse! The house was family friendly, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want or need. We were sad to leave!"

"House is well equipped, beautiful, comfortable and in a great location within Seabrook. Perfect for large group or family. Wish there was winter outdoor seating on the porch so snuggle up and watch the sunset but no other complaints at all. Would love to stay there again. "
