"The stay was awesome. I want to mention that There is a gentlemen by the name of Gagan. He was the receptionist and very rude when I was trying to get help with an issue online. I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. So I went to the front desk to bring this to his attention and he laughed in my face and said “do you see anyone on the phone, do you see the phone ringing??” After that I spoke with the very nice manager. Her name is Laneisha. She helped me out tremendously and I’m so grateful to her for her help and support. Other than the rude guy, I always enjoy my stay at the Wyndham. Also Preston is also an exceptional host as well and very helpful. Thank you"

"The room was so nice and the staff was so nice. Especially Zoe at the front desk. She was very personable and she helped make the trip pleasant. I also want to thank the kind people at the snack center. This was our first time at this hotel and they explained everything perfect. The snack appetizer is misleading. It was like a dinner, at least it was for me. I hope to visit your hotels soon and I know it will be a great stay. Thank you."
