"Our stay was fine. Liked the bed and the space was quiet. Ameneties were great (library, common areas). Bathroom was cramped and bedroom had few horizontal surfaces for guest items that weren't cluttered with decor (a common issue we often see with B&Bs). We would happily stay again."

Home is perfect for large families with private lake access and close to town
10/10 Excellent
"This is the place for you if you like old country charm and lake life! We fell in love with this house the minute we walked in the front door. Everything about it made us feel at home. Access to the lake right across the road, a new dock, canoes and kayaks, beach towels and pfd's all ready for us! A public beach a short walk from the house. Enough chairs to put around the big dining room table for a game of cards, puzzles and board games. Large rooms, fully stocked pantry and a kitchen equipped with everything you need! Screened porch with picnic table and wood for the fire pit with lots of chairs around it! And pet friendly! Walking distance into a quaint town with all kinds of food, galleries, clothing and book stores, souvenirs, historical sites, ice cream, oh my! What more could you ask for! The hosts personally gave us a tour and a little history of the house, they were so awesome! We really didn't want to leave! Just loved it! Thank you Warren and Caroline!"
"This cabin is perfect. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The setting is beautiful, the host is communicative… Couldn’t ask for anything more!"
Newly renovated 4-bedroom cottage, directly on Highland Lake
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful lakefront cottage. Kitchen well equiped and large enough for feeding 8.Beds comfortable. The host kept in touch with us and was very clear about directions and the set up of the house. The driveway is dirt and a little rugged if you don't have an SUV type clearance. The lake is crystal clear and not very busy for the week before July 4th. The only caviate I have is that the dock is small and too high for the water level - no jumping or diving. There is a cove with a sandy beach but the wading in gets a bit mucky. Would not bring very young children or poor swimmers. All in all, we loved it."

"This was our second stay at Windsor Cottage, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The cottage is always spotless, beautifully furnished, and truly feels like a home away from home. We love the lake access, the pet-friendly accommodations, and being just minutes from downtown Bridgton. We can’t wait to come back again!"
"The experience was top of the line. It was welcoming and inviting. The place is put together with creativity and with many clever touches. We love the barn motif right down to the barn board head board on the bed. From start to finish it was a delightful experience. Location with such easy access to downtown and places of interest. We left with smiles on our faces.Thank you.Cleve and Barbara"
