"The house was charming, the property was beautiful and the view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Everything you could want in a peaceful getaway!"
"The lake is beautiful and all of the kayaks and other water gear to enjoy it was much appreciated! The only thing that wasn't clearly explained in the description is that the master bedroom is its own separate structure (so you have to go outside the main cabin to get to it). This was not a problem for us because our kids are older, but if you have very small kiddos, this is important to know. But the cabin has just about everything you could possibly need, all stored very artfully in the quaint cottage. "

"From start to finish, the Violas have been welcoming and have shown us the best in hospitality. We are honored to be the first renters of this brand new property. I think Peggy and Bob are naturals when it comes to being accommodating and providing for their guests' comfort. The setting is serene and just far enough off the beaten path to be secluded, even though amenities are less than ten minutes from the cottage, including a rare drive-in movie theater. If you stay here you will be well taken care of! "
"A beautiful fall retreat! This property was the perfect home away from home for our entire family (7 adults and one adorable toddler). In between our various day trips to nearby North Conway or the coast, we relaxed and enjoyed every bit of this amazing house. The bedroom, kitchen and dining areas were all comfortably sized to accommodate our group. We enjoyed the two large living spaces playing games or watching football in the evening. Despite the cooler temps we made the most of the outdoor spaces, including the cozy porch, soothing hot tub, and fire pit area next to the peaceful lake.
We had everything we needed to make the week go smoothly. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to a small hvac issue right away.
The location is rural but within a short drive to lots of fun little towns and incredibly scenery.
We will always have fond memories of Moose Pond! "
