"Very sweet, family oriented. Nice new chairs and fire pit areas. Nice wooden swings for 2 by the lake, many kayaks, canoes. Fruendly staff, tiny bathroom, but cute and clean. Coffee and refrigerator."

"We had an amazing time! We booked this last minute for a little getaway, and it was everything we wanted it to be! We had a fire, grilled dinner, played cribbage, and listened to the record player. We wish we had more time, we will definitely be back! :)"

"We enjoyed our stay. The bocce court was by far the biggest hit! Great location, close to a public beach and boat launch. There was ice cream, shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The house was well stocked with games and things for outdoor activities which was great for the spacious yard. We would definitely recommend staying here, we hope to come back another time!"

"Our group of 20 family members from far and wide thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Each of the 3 cabins was comfortable and the facilities great. The firepits, raft and dock all played a part in allowing young (21 months) and old (93 yrs) to get immersed in a true Maine vacation stay. Thank you!"

"The host was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly and clearly. The place was clean and well organized. The lake was peaceful and relaxing. The pine scent from the surrounding trees in the morning was wonderful. Definitely off the grid; no cell coverage. The WiFi worked well on parts of the property, but not all, which actually helped us unplug. The only flaw was the absence of air conditioning, which I imagine is not normally an issue in Maine but made for some discomfort during a heat wave in August despite the fans that the host provided. Shower could use a bit more water pressure but, given the location, quite reasonable. Location was close to towns with restaurants and grocery stores. Beaches and Portland are about an hour away. For EV owners, superchargers are close enough to alleviate any range anxiety.Recommended!"

"We love Dave’s cabin!! We spent a couple nights there last summer and this summer and it is really a dream location. So peaceful and quiet in the corner of the lake (you can hear other people but rarely close by). The cabin is really perfect and has everything you need — many places to sit outside, depending on where the sun is, different types of boats, a gradual entry into the lake with a sandy bottom (or you can jump off the dock!). You’re also very close to town if you need anything, which is great. We really can’t think of anywhere we’d rather be. Thank you, Dave!"

"The rental was roomy and comfortable two bathrooms with showers saved going up and down stairs,the kitchen was also nice to make some good meals,the deck and fire pit were a hit I Evan cooked over the coals,washer&dryer very convenient a great place to stay at and the lake was great nice clean water and upon leaving it was raining so loading the car in a dry garage was really great , I would rent this property againDave O."
