Amazing Mountain Views from this modern Scandinavian inspired guest suite nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley!! Close to hiking, wineries, the river!

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio and watch the sun rise over the mountains, unwind and watch a movie on the app connected flatscreen TV, refresh in the oversized shower with multiple heads including a rainfall feature.

This two bedroom suite has its own entrance, private covered patio with mountain views and parking spot steps away.

The Space:
This basement apartment is completely private, including your own outdoor space on the covered patio. During renovations, we made every effort to sound-proof the space, but you may hear our family (little scampering feet) during the day.

Guests will enter using a code to be entered on the keypad, specific to your stay. The open concept floor plan is welcoming and spacious. Relax on the large sectional sofa and watch the flatscreen TV with Amazon fire stick. Guests are welcome to use our Netflix and Disney Plus accounts and can use own log ins to other apps.

The master bedroom has a new memory foam king size bed and quality linens. Open the blinds in the morning to have a view of the mountains from your bed!

Bathroom is modern and features a large shower with 3 shower heads including a delightful rainfall shower head. Plush bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and shampoo and body wash are provided.

The kitchen contains a full range (stovetop and oven), a microwave, and refrigerator, as well as a sink to prepare meals or snacks! The Ninja coffee maker is equipped to make full or half carafes as well as cold brew coffee. (Coffee and filters are provided). Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating, including kids dinnerware.

A second bedroom is located off of the kitchen area and can comfortably sleep 3 guests in the twin-over-queen bunk beds.

The covered patio is your space to enjoy. A dining table and sitting area with gas fire table are the ideal spot to relax.

When you are ready to explore we are close to great hikes, breweries and wineries, excellent dining, and less than 100 yards from the Woodstock Park and Pool.

Guest Access:
Guest will have 1 designated parking spot around the back of the house next to guest private patio. Additional cars can be parked on the street. Driveway to the back is narrow and a bit steep. Park oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers on the street (anything you couldn't manage in a normal parking lot).

Please be considerate of our young children and neighbors by keeping the noise down after 8pm.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood cul-de-sac right across from the Woodstock Park and Pool. Great area to walk and for kids.

We have lots of kids stuff (pack n play, baby tub, high chair) just ask.
