"This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

"Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!"

"Although this rental is starting to show its age and has some minor cosmetic issues, its pluses far outweigh them. The view is amazing, especially the sunrise. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you can find it outside and inside due to the size and layout of the house. My brother who loves to cook and is excellent at it, found the kitchen stocked with every utensil and gadget a chef of his caliber needed. Bill is a very accommodating and attentive host."

"Beautiful house with great furnishings, comfortable beds, a well supplied kitchen, and plenty of outdoor amenities. Outdoor hot tub was an absolute hit with our group! Location is remote and quiet which is great for peaceful mornings and evenings, but it's still close to Woodstock/Lincoln for daytime activities. Be prepared to disconnect - there is wifi available but it is slow and spotty, especially with 4 users accessing at once."

The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores!
