Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "This is a big fancy hotel. We have stayed here before. It’s well-maintained and the staff seem friendly. But there are details that made this a less than excellent stay. Our room was literally blocks away from the front entrance - our GPS got confused when we were planning outtings— so if you’re not looking to get extra steps make sure to ask for a closer one when you check in. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower leaked and the sink was very slow to drain. There was an Nespresso machine in the room, but most of the coffee we were given was decaf. When we tried to order coffee to go downstairs they didn’t have any paper cups. So it was good - but not excellent."
