"My son asked for a fishing trip to celebrate his high school graduation, and this place was everything we hoped for. The home is cozy and unique, kind of like a bunkhouse, and just 50 feet from the water, which made it perfect for fishing anytime we wanted.One of our favorite features was the large window wall with a stunning view of the Albemarle Sound. Peaceful on the Albermarle Sound

"Great place to get away to relax and get away from city life. It is in a rural location so you will need to take your trash with you but the New Hope waste area is on your way out. We really got to decompress and enjoyed the house and all the activities. There are new homes being built nearby which are gorgeous to take the golf cart around and check out. If you like seclusion, fishing, and kayaking this is the place to be. "
