However: - initially we were provided a room that looked out to a brick wall, when a room with a water view was paid for. - phone in the room didn’t work so couldn’t order room service - QRL code for room service didn’t work. - TV was glitchy - no coffee pods or coffee machine were available - no draws to put clothes That said, great location, staff lovely, bed super comfortable, room clean and modern."
