My room was ok but tired Bedding and towels were clean but walls were marked ,carpet was old and bathroom past its best .There was plenty of hot water but the shower cubicle was so small it was not pleasant ,I am 5 ft tall and weigh 8.5 stone ! Staff were all friendly and very helpful and breakfast was good .

Great location to the Darling Harbor and Sydney China Town; easy access for transportation; very friendly and helpful staff members. I specifically love the filter water fountain at the hall; very helpful to me when I just arrived and could not find the nearby convenient stores. I would come back and stay at this hotel next time if I go to Sydney again; and of course; I would recommend it to relatives and friends

Check in and out was easy nice friendly staff. Dinner was lovely. Cocktails were a hit with the four of us. Loved the selection for buffet breakfast for $25 per head booked the night before. Was a good location for us. Would stay again.

The Ibis is a great location near to the Convention Centre where I was attending an event. The rooms are well appointed with most things that I expect in a hotel room. The downstairs bar/food area was great for meeting friends after our event. For the price it was an easy place to stay and navigate around Sydney.

The whole experience was excellent. Visiting a convention, the facilities were everything we needed. The staff were all very helpful and a pleasant feature of the experience. Peter, who was on the front desk in the afternoon/evening is a true asset and a big reason the Ibis gets such a good rating.

Convenience and location is excellent, such a shame that the beautiful view that once was is no longer due to the construction work. Rooms could do with an upgrade though, tired and a bit run down especially in the bathroom in particular the tiling.
