"Old beatiful hotel in urgent need of a rescue. Hotel tried to down grade the 2nd room i paid for. From a Delux Double room to a Studio.Lucky i saw the attempt when booking in? Disapointing a Hotel would do this and when the client sees it,blames the computer. Aircon in Room 227 did not work and was given a 2 bar heater that only made the slightest difference since the temperature dropped below 10 degrees celsius and there's snow on the mountains. "Nice property but they weren't very accommodating. We had asked if we could bring breakfast back to the room for another guest who wanted to sleep in a little bit and they said we couldnt because they were concerned that the food would sustain the sheets. Very strange response to be honest. Especially since they have a dining table and chairs in the room. Also there wasn't much variety for breakfast or many options for dinner "
