"Check In front Desk was rude and someone sat silent in the office while we stood for 7 minutes waiting to be checked in then when we finally called out the person shouted from the office just a second then another person came and checked us in and was annoyed that we were there or that he had a job to do. Room service came in and changed out the bath towels while we were sleeping. Total violation of privacy Thank GOD it was a business trip and not an Intimate get away. The person who extended my stay was much more pleasant and probably will be the only reason I might stay there again"
